🥬 Service Overview
Johnny's Produce offers a weekly subscription box featuring a selection of fresh produce and local items when available. Customers can pick up their orders at either of our two Anchorage retail locations.
💳 Subscription and Billing
- Billing Cycle: The subscription renews on a weekly basis.
- Payment Method: Customers must have a valid payment method on file. Charges will be automatically billed each week unless the subscription is paused or canceled.
- No Long-Term Commitment: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made before the weekly billing cycle will not be charged for the following week.
- You may pause your subscription through your account dashboard. Pauses must be submitted before the weekly billing cutoff.
📍 Pickup Policy
Produce boxes are available for weekly pickup at the following Johnny's Produce retail locations:
- 1721 E Dowling Rd, Anchorage, AK
- 718 K Street, Anchorage, AK
Pickup days and hours will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Unclaimed boxes will not be refunded. If you are unable to pick up during the scheduled time, please contact us in advance at 907-771-4013 or ed@johnnysproduce.com to make alternative arrangements.
While we cannot guarantee accommodations, we'll do our best to help. Johnny's Produce is not responsible for the quality of any box picked up after the designated pickup window.
✅ Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality and freshness of our produce. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with:
- You may request a replacement item by contacting us at ed@johnnysproduce.com or calling 907-771-4013.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of pickup.
- Please include a photo of the item you wish to have replaced.
- Replacements are subject to availability.
⚙️ Cancellations and Account Management
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- If you cancel after the billing cycle, your subscription will remain active for that week and will end afterward.
- You may pause your subscription through your account dashboard. Pauses must be submitted before the weekly billing cutoff.
📝 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email when significant. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
Johnny's Produce shall not be held responsible for:
- Missed pickups
- It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your box. Johnny's Produce is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues related to the consumption of items included.
- Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather events, supply chain delays)
📸 User-Submitted Content
By submitting feedback, photos, or testimonials, you grant Johnny's Produce the right to use this content for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested. We respect your privacy and will honor any request to keep submitted content private.
